What is This?
The Inclusive Community Initiative is a Conference-wide invitation to strengthen relationships, communication, participation, organizational health, and communal flourishing by applying Inclusive Community principles within existing Conference life.
Why Now?
Conference environments—including meetings, leadership interactions, discernment processes, cross-cultural engagement, and congregational life—shape belonging, participation, and well-being.
This Initiative seeks to strengthen the conditions in which ministry already occurs.
What is Being Proposed?
Recommendation 18
Conference adoption and support of the Initiative.
Recommendation 19
Encouragement for stewardship, support, prioritization, and participation through existing Conference structures.
